Wake Up 05:30 Hrs. – Early Morning

  • 1 or 2 Glasses of Luke Warm Water (गुनगुना पानी) (Optional with Fresh Lime) without Sugar and Salt
  • Take 9 to 10 Pistachio(पिस्ता), Almonds(बादाम), Walnuts(अखरोट) in total and 1 Banana

Post Workout (कसरत के बाद)

Within 30 Minutes of Workout

  • Sprouts(अंकुरित), Corns and Chana Salad + 200ml Lassi (Without Salt)


  • One and half Scoop Nutrilite Protein with Water

45 Minutes Later

  • 2 Full Egg + 4 Egg Whites (दो अंडे पूरे खाने है, और चार अंडे yellow वाले part को निकालकर खाने है।)

Meal 1 Breakfast – 10:30Hrs

  • 2 Brown Bread Sandwich + 200ml toned milk (Stuffed with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Beetroot(चुकंदर) without Butter, Cheese and Paneer)


Cornflakes/Oats/Musli with 200ml Toned Milk (Without or Very Light Sugar)


Sprouts Salad + Fruit Salad




Dalia with Green Vegs.


3 to 4 Chapattis (Plain) + Veg. Green + Curd + Salad

Meal 2 Lunch 13:00 to 13:30 Hrs.

  • 3 Chapattis (Without Butter and Ghee) or 2 Small Katori Steamed Rice
  • 1 Katori Green Veg./Lentils (मसूर की दाल)
  • 2 Serving Curd (Without Salt) + Dal / Paneer / Soya
  • 1 Plate Salad (Cucumber, Carrot, Tomatoes, Radish and Beetroots) Without Salt

Meal 3 Mid–Evening 16:00 to 16:30Hrs.

(No Biscuits, Namkeen, Rusk or Fan)

  • 1 Fruit (Seasonal)


1 Fistful Boiled / Roasted Channa


Sprouts Salad


Coconut Water

Meal 4 Dinner 19:00 to 19:30 Hrs.

  • 2 Chapatti
  • 1 Katori Green Veg. / Lentils
  • 1 Serving Curd (Without Salt) / Dal
  • 1 Plate Salad (Cucumber, Carrot, Tomatoes, Radish and Beetroots) Without Salt


1 Bowl of Soup with lots of Green Veg. + 75gm fresh Paneer / Soya

Can add Olives, Broccolis, Soybeans, Baby Corns, Parsley, Radish, Carrots in Soup (Prepared with very less Oils and Salt)

Late Night 21:00 Hrs.

200ml Toned Milk + 1 Scoop Nutrilite Protein

Do and Don’t

  • Should not take more than 2 tsp of Oils and Fats in a day.
  • Should not take more than 1 tsp of Sugar in a day.
  • Must drink 10 to 12 Glasses of Water equally distributed throughout the day.
  • Have Dinner 2 Hrs. before Sleep and must Walk 15 to 20 Minutes after Dinner.
  • Avoid Alcohol, Junk Food, Cheese, Mayonnaise, Potatoes, Butter, Desi Ghee, Cold Drinks etc.
  • Must maintain 2 to 3 Hrs. Gap in-between all Meals. Except Pre and Post Workout Meals.
